Firecrackers and Helicopters

Here are some silly picures from our 4th of July.

At work I was awarded a Helicopter Ride that took place during our annual Melaleuca company picnic, and was able to bring one guest (well two in my case). I, of course, chose the kids. They thought it was really cool, I thought they may be scared but they weren't. Alyssa sat in the front with me and kept trying to stretch her foot out as far as she could to touch some orange button that I am certain had she kicked would have send us spiraling into a certain and sudden demise. Okay, so maybe I was the only one scared on the ride (even now I smile a little nervously). No one else seemed to be a tense as me (imagine that). We got to go with my friend Amber from work and her kids, so that made it even more fun.

That is awesome. I didnt know that you got to do that. And no, no one is surprised that you were the most nervous :)
